One Platform. Clear Decisions. Better Railway Working.
CAIR converts complex commercial and operating rules into guided workflows. It does not merely generate documents—it analyses the underlying railway data first, decides the applicable action, and then prepares the correct output.

Rules + master data + actual field workflowLC Intelligence
Checks destination, validity, shipment date, quantity, SWIFT details and booking-specific conditions.
Risk PreventionWeighment Intelligence
Reads the complete rake and distinguishes commercial overload from operating action.
Core EngineLoad Adjustment
Uses applicable route/JPO gross-weight thresholds to identify only the wagons that warrant load adjustment.
Validated TodayReport Intelligence
Produces ST-5 and monthly commercial reports from mapped Freight, Cash and Demurrage sources.
MappedWagon Intelligence
Recognises wagon family, full 11-digit wagon identity, owning railway, tare and permissible carrying data.
Master DrivenRR Intelligence
Links booking, weighment, charges and Railway Receipt records to the rake’s commercial history.
Planned CoreCommercial Knowledge
Connects circulars, tariffs, manuals, route rules and later court judgments into a single answer.
Knowledge BaseRisk Prevention
Warns Railway users and customers before actions that can create avoidable financial or procedural consequences.
New Design PrincipleToday’s Logic Validation — CTR → SKI
The test rake exposed an important distinction: Normal / POL1 / POL2 are commercial overload classifications, while load adjustment is an independent operating decision based on the applicable route and gross-weight limits. CAIR therefore analyses all wagons first and prints only the wagons actually requiring load adjustment in the Railway memo.
⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE — Customer Load Adjustment Declaration
This declaration is being submitted to the Railway Administration.
Please ensure that load adjustment has actually been carried out in all the wagons listed in this document.
Any wagon declared as load-adjusted but subsequently found overloaded during re-weighment or vigilance weighment may attract punitive consequences under the applicable Railway Board instructions, including penalty wherever applicable.
Please carefully verify the wagon numbers, quantity removed from each wagon, completion of physical load adjustment and final permissible loading before submitting this declaration.
